The Aquaball range from Eheim are some of our best-selling filters; and for good reason! The pump head is round and sits in a ball joint, allowing you to adjust the direction of the output to suit your needs. There is also an adjustable diffuser valve which will allow you to control the level of air intake to improve the level of readily available dissolved oxygen in your aquarium.
These filters are entirely modular which allows you to customise your media layout to suit your needs and maximise your filter’s efficiency. Another huge plus point of this modular construction is that maintenance for these filters is a breeze; simply unclip the compartments you wish to clean from the main pump head and carry out your maintenance on your media as required, while leaving the pump head in its holder. Upon finishing maintenance on your media, you simply need to clip the compartments back on to the pump head and you’re good to go!

The filter takes in water from a large surface area, as it is designed so that water is taken into the filter from all sides of the filter allowing for maximum contact and efficiency.

Supplied with media to get you started, the filter is a plug-and-play solution for powerful, efficient internal filtration; and can also be customised with a range of filter media (sold separately) to suit the needs of your aquarium.
